The Planning, Evaluation, and Monitoring Management Unit (PEMM) is responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction, monitoring project implementation, and evaluating outcomes.
Within the procurement process, PEMM functions as a user department, ensuring that procurement aligns with the organization’s strategic plans and performance objectives
Identify procurement needs related to planning tools, research services, and monitoring systems.
Develop specifications for consultancy services, survey tools, and performance monitoring software.
Collaborate with PMU to ensure procurement requests match strategic priorities.
Review supplier proposals for quality, feasibility, and value for money.
Oversee delivery of procured services or goods to ensure they meet agreed standards.
Provide feedback to PMU and management on supplier performance.
Maintain planning and monitoring databases for future reference.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with the Procurement Act.
